Duncan Fraser

Duncan is the founding director of Useful and Kind Unlimited and of the Mindful Leadership Foundation. He has worked as a therapeutic coach, facilitator and trainer with many senior clients the public and third sectors. He also worked in the arts for 30 years (CEO, Artistic & Community Director, trainer, funder, marketeer and broadcaster). He has advanced psychotherapy training and is constantly trying to find ways to use the latest learning in the service of others. He has trained and supervised coaches and given masterclasses. Useful and Kind Unlimited has a mark for Schools, runs a summer school for 16 year olds, promotes a podcast series and is researching how to create a U&K Organisation in partnership with the University of Essex Business School.
He is also a composer.
