This second instalment of our discussions about fight, flight, freeze, is where we learn some good old breathing exercises! Yes folks, there really isn't a better way to get back in control of our first response than just stopping and taking a breath. Luckily, Hannah and Lizzie are here, together with voice coach and actor Bella, to make it a lot more entertaining than just "in...and out."

Meet Bella Gibbins
For this episode we spoke with Bella, a voice coach, songwriter and lifelong learner. She began teaching singing in her early 20s while living in Brighton, spending her free time between band practice and theatre rehearsals. In 2012 she moved inland to train as an actor at The Oxford School of Drama, where she was introduced to a range of different vocal approaches and practitioners. Six years later Arabella completed her MFA in Voice Studies at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. She now works at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, and runs Voice, Breath & Wellbeing workshops around the country.
